TAMU Law alumnus Trenton O’Malley joins Maynard

Texas A&M Law alumnus Trenton O’Malley joins Maynard’s Cooper & Gale (Maynard) Real Estate & Financial Services Practice in the Birmingham office. He earned his J.D. at Texas A&M University Law School where he graduated magna cum laude, earned Order of the Coif distinction, and served as Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review. Trenton holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from The University of Mississippi.

Marky Bingham joins Maynard's Healthcare Practice in the Birmingham office. She earned her
J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Ms. Bingham holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Alabama.

Caron Byrd is a member of Maynard's Public Finance Practice in the Birmingham office. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Byrd was awarded the Preeminent Scholar Award and served as a Staff Editor for the Florida State University Law Review & Florida State Business Review. She is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, where she received a B.A., cum laude.

Jaclyn "Jacki" Combs joins the Litigation Practice in the Firm's Mobile, AL office. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a Merit Scholar and member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Ms. Combs earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama.

Nikisha "Niki" Gala joins Maynard's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Gala holds a J.D., cum
laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where she served on the Seattle Journal of
Technology, Environmental and Innovation Law. She received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Ms. Gala practices in the Firm's Birmingham office.

Hugh Gainer joins Maynard's Insurance and Financial Services Litigation Practice in the Firm's Birmingham office. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2020, where he served as both Junior Editor and Associate Editor on the Law Review. Mr. Gainer also earned a Masters in Accountancy at the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Accountancy. He holds a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University.

Lauren Morina joins Maynard's Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice in the Birmingham office. Ms. Morina earned her J.D., cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where she was tapped to serve on the Mock Trial Team at the AAJ Trial Advocacy Competition. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a B.A. in Criminology.

Trenton O’Malley joins Maynard’s Real Estate & Financial Services Practice in the Birmingham office. He earned his J.D. at Texas A&M University Law School where he graduated magna cum laude, earned Order of the Coif distinction, and served as Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review. Trenton holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from The University of Mississippi.

Elizabeth Pilcher also joins Maynard's Insurance and Financial Services Litigation Practice. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she served as Associate Editor on the Law Review. She holds a B.A. in Finance with a Specialization in Investment Management from the University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce.

Jeff Rogers joins Maynard's Corporate Section in the Birmingham office, and he is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Public Company Advisory practice groups. He holds a J.D.,
summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Mr. Rogers earned a B.S, summa cum laude, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Robert Waller also joins the Firm's Corporate Section in the Birmingham office, and he is a member of the Tax Practice. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama, where he was an Articles Editor/Acquisitions Committee for the Alabama Law Review. He attended the University of Alabama, where he received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Accounting with a Specialization in Economics.
